Manual penis enlargement exercise
Coming directly from a well known manual penis enlargement program ( see what I recommend for you ), I'm pleased to show you two little exercises that - I hope - will help you a bit. They worked for me, so I dont see why they wouldn't for you.
These two exercises are very BASIC and do not expect great results. The site that I recommend shows more than 34 exercises, dozens of videos and pictures. So, it's always better to refer to it if you want to seriously enlarge your penis.
Exercise 1 : warm up exercise.
To make it short, here is the procedure you should follow to realize the warm up. Note that the warm up, warm down are two essential steps in the enlargement process. Not following these two easy but essential steps may lead to minimal gains only.
In a nut-sack, here is how to do the job :
- obtain a small hand towel and use always the same ofr hygiene reasons.
- wet this hand towel with hot water.
- and place it around your penis and testicules during 1 minute. (it could feel strange/slightly painful)
- wet it again to keep it warm.
- place it around penis and testicules for 2-3 minutes.
- perform your workout.
- reheat the towel and apply it again for 2-3 minutes.

Exercise 2 : the long shlong basic.
This is maybe one of the most basic exercises, and to perform it usefully you must make sure that your penis is perfectly limp and flaccid.
So, in a nut-sack, here is how to perform the exercise :
- As usal, perform your warm up.
- take the head of your penis in your hand (the head, not the skin !)
- stretch it out in front of you and hold for 10-15 seconds. Do you feel the stretch .? yes ? ok then. Repeat it 4-5 times.
- relax the penis and massage the head to restore blood circulation.
- hold the penis in your hand and stretch it to the right. You will feel pressure on the left side. Hold for 10-15 seconds. Repeat it 4-5 times.
- relax and massage the head to restore blood circulation.
- do the same thing but stretch to the left.
- relax and massage, as usual.
Always take your time in progressing, being to adventurous could result in unwanted injury.
